29/08/2020 AGM Proposals

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Proposal 1

proposer: Morgan williams
Seconder: Lee williams
Proposal: To allow any single bolt 12th scale wheel in all classes

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Proposal 2

proposer: Morgan williams
Seconder: Lee williams
Proposal: To amend rule 20 in the national hotrod rules

To allow different manufacturer running gear on the front and rear of the car as long as the parts meet the other rules listed above
I.e. kamtec pod and mardave wish bones

Reason for this is to allow more options with subject to availability or in the case of a breakage during race day and the racer then being able to use whatever they have in their box

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Proposal 3

proposer: Keith Muskett
Seconder: Tom Massey
Proposal: Elect Matt Caney to the committee for the position of Chairperson

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Proposal 4

proposer: Matt Caney
Seconder: Harry Weymouth
Proposal: To change the cut off date for Classic Hot Rod shells to 1984.
This would allow many more shell options as opposed to being 'Escort Rods'.
This would then allow Toyota Starlet, Peugeot 205 and Vauxhall Nova's.
Could make the formula more appealing with other recognisable shells.
This would still make it 36 years from the first date of production.
